About our client:
Our client is an international player in the FMCG/luxury sector. They are a fast growing multinational always looking for young potentials and motivated people to reinforce their sales teams. Today, they are looking for a sales person B2C, an Assistant Boutique Manager for Antwerp.
Description:
As Assistant Shop Manager you focus on B2C sales and you have following responsibilities:
- You enhance the boutique business by selling the client's various products and their perfectly designed machines and accessories
- You try to attract as much new clients as possible
- You are responsible for inventories, and for the daily cash counting
- You make sure that the entire sales team respects the procedures and their responsibilities
- You lead your employees in achieving results
- You check the deliveries and you are responsible to arrange the stock
- You have to achieve the objectives that are imposed by the Shop Manager yourself
- You plan the hours of your team and organize the planning of the promoboys as well
- You communicate clearly with all the other departments (accountancy, IT, marketing, &)
- You are a Brand Ambassador for our client and you make sure to transmit our client's values and our client's culture to your customers
- You welcome customers with open arms and you provide them with the best possible service
- In absence of the Manager you take over all his responsibilities
Candidate profile:
- You have a bachelor or Master degree
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have a first experience in horeca business, B2C sales, in stock management and in people management
- You have an excellent commercial and communicative flair
- You are flexible, sometimes working during the weekends or during evenings is not a problem for you
- You are organized, stress resistant, dynamic and entrepreneurial
- You have an excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- You are a born leader
